FYLDE Rugby Community Foundation ‘Rugby For All’ motto is standing strong with their latest project delivering Rugratz Rugby.
This is a block of sessions that work with pre-school children aged 3.5 – 5 running from Fylde Rugby Club.
The sessions run from 09:30am-10:30am on Saturdays with the first session that started on the 17th October 2020.
With Phill Mills the head of Community at Fylde Rugby Community Foundation delivering, we are able to provide quality coaching that is designed to improve eye to hand coordination and social skills in a safe, fun, sporting environment.
Rugratz Rugby, was due to run for a 7-week block, with a further block of sessions looking to start in the new year. Due to the recent national lockdown the sessions have had to be postponed until rugby can restart again.
Fylde Rugby Community Foundation’s Head of Community Coaching, Phill Mills said: “It is great to see young children who have never played rugby have a go and learn new skills. Within these sessions the children are all running around and having bounds fun while learning the sport of rugby.”
We will be looking at bookings for the new year and this will be available to book soon. If you would like to know more about the sessions please email email@example.com.
