The February Wooden Spoon Rugby and Multi-Sport camps run over the February school half-term were a great success. The 5-12 aged camp delivered from Fylde Rugby Club by the Fylde Rugby Community Foundation had up to 40 children attend the three days from Wednesday 16th to Friday 18th of February.
With the storms looming over the three days the camp consisted of outdoor Rugby and Multi-Sports in addition to indoor games and activities. The children took part in outdoor sports such as Tag Rugby, Rugby Rounders, Dodgeball, and indoor activities such as Blind Ninja, Just Dance and Arts and Crafts, with plenty for everyone to take part in.
Two special guests attended the presentation on the final day of the camp which topped off a great three days. Children got the chance to be handed medals and trophies along and having photos with Josh Beaumont, England squad member and Sale Sharks Rugby Player, there was also a visit from the Fylde Fox!
