Walking Rugby

Walking Rugby is a brilliant, fun and inclusive way for anyone aged 50 and over to add some light-hearted exercise into their weekly routine. The sessions are adapted to cater for all backgrounds and experiences of rugby and everyone including veterans of the game or brand newcomers are welcome.

Simple and Fun

Walking Rugby is a fun and simple team game that is accessible to people of all ages and abilities. It is much less physical and technical than standard rugby and as a result, is more inclusive and sociable, it requires no previous experience of rugby or special equipment and can be played both indoors and outdoors.

Sessions are currently taking place on a Monday 10am at Streetwise community Centre in Warton and Wednesday 7.30pm at in the sports hall at AKS School, Clifton Drive South, Lytham St, Annes FY8 1DT
