Fylde Rugby Community Foundation welcomes Whitehead & Howarth Chartered Accountants as Corporate Benefactor

Fylde Rugby Community Foundation is delighted to announce that Whitehead & Howarth Chartered Accountants has joined the Foundation as a Corporate Benefactor, supporting its work with communities across Fylde, Blackpool and Wyre.

The sponsorship will help the Foundation continue to deliver rugby programmes in schools and local communities, giving more young people the opportunity to get active, develop their confidence and experience the benefits of being part of a team.

Through its programmes and pathways into local rugby clubs, the Foundation uses rugby to bring people together, promote physical and mental wellbeing, and create opportunities for young people who may otherwise miss out.

Phill Mills, Foundation Director said:

“We’re pleased to welcome Whitehead & Howarth as a Corporate Benefactor and would like to thank them for choosing to support the Foundation.

“The support of local businesses is so important in helping us continue our work in schools and communities across the area. Their contribution will help us reach more young people, create positive experiences and build stronger connections between schools, families and local rugby clubs.”

“As local accountants Whitehead & Howarth know the value of investing in our community’s future.  We are extremely proud to announce our support of Fylde Rugby Community Foundation and the sterling work done by them with young people in the local area”

The Foundation’s Corporate Benefactor sponsorship offers businesses the opportunity to support meaningful work in their local community through a typical annual contribution. This support helps the Foundation deliver its programmes, engage young people, support schools and strengthen local rugby clubs through its pathway model.

Businesses also receive reporting and visibility around the difference their support is helping to make.

The Foundation would like to thank everyone at Whitehead & Howarth for their generosity and commitment to supporting the local community. We look forward to working together and sharing the impact of their support.
